Made from recycled passenger and truck tyres. At the end of a tyre's life there is still a lot of valuable tyre or carbon black, something that does not break down easily. Once the tyre has been shredded and all the internal metal and cotton has been taken from it there is a substrate called tyre crumb which is then bonded together with a special sequence. This process produces a flat sheet which we are then able to make into almost anything. Our goal is to have as much local input as possible in the production process.
